All domestic air passes come with a return flight to LA City Airport, with lots of time for sightseeing.You’ll have to get out of the air terminal’s airport security in LA City Airport. It’s not the easiest to get out. The air terminal security is very strict. There’s no easy way out. You’ll have to walk through a set of air terminals, get on an elevator, and then walk through another set of air terminals to get outside.Most people get stuck in the air terminal security checkpoint for a long time, wasting a lot of time. So try to get out early before it gets crowded. It’s even tougher to get out of City Airport’s air terminals at night. I just learned there’s no free air terminal air passport at night. I was stuck at City Airport at night and couldn’t get out until I finally paid $50 for a first class domestic air passport. That was too much for me.LA City Airport is LA’s oldest airport. It opened in 1932, several years before LA’s famous Hollywood Airport. The elegant air terminals at City Airport become well-known. LA City Airport’s air terminals are incredible. They’re huge, perfectly designed, and sophisticated. They’re filled with lighting, beautiful colors, beautiful architecture, and more beauty.The LA City Airport is not the cleanest in the United States. I’ve had to walk my luggage through the air terminals in LA City Airport several times. And you should be prepared for dirty air terminals. But the air terminals aren’t that dirty. Lagos has become the hub of all flights to the USA. The United States was not always represented here by Middle Eastern airlines. Middle Eastern Airlines used to be their feeder airline to the Middle East.It is high time this ceased. Every citizen of Lagos should want American Airlines to go to Lagos, no matter how fat and rich they are.Let the Central Airport of Lagos be put into use for regular flights to America.After three years of staging for the Australian rugby team and then the Rugby Championships, Lagos does not have a single direct flight to America. What is the point of this insistence for the City of Lagos to be made a city of free trade?Lagos does not need city status to be recognised as an international hub for business, especially when there is a gateway to get there.If there is no city for business, then let the City of Lagos manage an airport, maybe with some kind of franchise arrangement with a foreign airline.Every airport in the world has to have commercial service. There is no way you can expect any business entity to invest in the City of Lagos to get a better airport without commercial flights. The airport needs to serve an international hub.Go back to the 1950s when Lagos was declared a city. The primary road connecting Lagos to the east and south was decided to be a direct access to the city from the west by the founding fathers. That road has not been made better since then.The Lagos State Government must restore the Lagos-Ogun-Delta highway as quickly as possible so that it can serve both the north and south. Also, the highway cannot support commercial flights because of congestion in Lagos.First Nigerian Airways served the Lagos Airport in the 1950s. It is what we called the Lagos-Kano-Ibadan route. But then, there was a specific port. Lagos now has two ports. It has a great advantage over Singapore and Dubai because Lagos has a deep water port.As a result of their deep-water ports, Singapore and Dubai have been designated as hubs.
